Kesling's Martin Coule Residence at 6604 Muirlands is up for demolition. Preservationists and city officials have not reacted strongly enough to save among the few published Kesling designs in the County so they continue to fade into the area's short memory. When people ask me, and they do ask me, if we continue to lose buildings of significance, I have to say "Yes. Daily." The Coule Residence is merely one more frightening example of uninformed real estate buyers, negligent sellers, and real estate agents only interested in the transaction itself.
