Lloyd Ruocco's Grossmont Spec House (RIP)

Until May 12, 2007, the Lloyd Ruocco designed spec house was located at 5609 Lakewood Drive in La Mesa, California. The house was sold to the Ishikawa family in 1969. Until selling the house to a developer in 2006, the original owners resided in this artful creation.
